Day 3!!!

Holey moley, busy busy busy!!

Today there was so much to do, Spontaneous competition for the division II team...They think they did good, but you know..."can't talk about it!!"

The older kids went to the fun center and us parents had a small taste of how these teens, would be on the road in about 4+ years....let's just say, we are all hoping that the driving age gets increased till age 18! All kidding aside, they had a great time and absolutely loved racing around on the go-carts!

The little kids did their long term problem and we all agreed that it was the BEST one they have done yet!!!! They hit every thing perfectly and humor was fantastic!!!! The teams before them were also very good, so we will know Saturday night how they did...We think they are winners even without any scoring!!!!

In the evening, we did some pin trading, this is really amazing to watch! To hear the kids interact..."Hey where are you from, Ooooh cool, can we see your pins, ooooh why did you pick that..." It was all just very neat to witness and for all the kids, it leaves them with yearning to come back next year! BTW, we hear, although it is not confirmed...that next year the World competition is in Maryland!

After pin trading, we went to the coaches competition....I only wished I had my cam corder with me...our coaches gave all their effort, but unfortunately they had a small problem with getting their balloon to actually lift off...so Coach Chandler showed us after the event was over, how it should have worked!
